Alıcı:
Elektronik ortamda sipariş veren ve bilgileri sipariş sırasında beyan edilen kişidir.
Sözleşmenin Konusu
İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, alıcının satıcıya ait internet sitesi üzerinden siparişini verdiği, alıcının ölçü ve taleplerine göre kişiye özel olarak üretilen gelinlik ve ilgili ürünlerin satışı ve teslimine ilişkin tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.
Ürün Bilgileri
Ürünler alıcının verdiği ölçüler, model seçimi, kumaş, renk ve özel talepler doğrultusunda kişiye özel olarak üretilmektedir. Ürün özellikleri ve satış bedeli sipariş onayı sırasında alıcıya açıkça bildirilmektedir.
Fiyat ve Ödeme
Ürün fiyatları USD veya EUR cinsindendir. Ödeme banka transferi veya yetkili sanal POS aracılığıyla yapılmaktadır. Ödeme tamamlanmadan üretim süreci başlatılmaz.
Teslimat
Ürünler sipariş onayı ve ödemenin tamamlanmasının ardından üretime alınır. Teslim süresi ürünün kişiye özel üretim süresine göre değişiklik gösterebilir ve alıcıya bildirilir.
Cayma Hakkı ve İade
6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun’un 15. maddesi uyarınca, alıcının ölçü ve taleplerine göre kişiye özel üretilen ürünlerde cayma ve iade hakkı bulunmamaktadır. Alıcı bu durumu bilerek ve kabul ederek sipariş vermektedir.
Sorumluluklar
Alıcı, sipariş sırasında verdiği ölçü ve bilgilerin doğruluğundan sorumludur. Yanlış veya eksik bilgi verilmesinden kaynaklanan sorunlardan satıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü
İşbu sözleşmeden doğabilecek her türlü uyuşmazlıkta İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
Yürürlük
Alıcı, internet sitesi üzerinden sipariş vererek işbu sözleşmenin tüm hükümlerini okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder. İşbu sözleşme siparişin onaylanması ile yürürlüğe girer.

Buyer:
The person who places an order electronically and provides their information during the order process.
Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of wedding dresses and related products that are custom-made according to the buyer’s measurements and personal requests.
Product Information
All products are custom-made based on the buyer’s measurements, model selection, fabric, color, and special requests. Product features and prices are clearly presented to the buyer during the order confirmation.
Price and Payment
Prices are stated in USD or EUR. Payment is made via bank transfer or authorized virtual POS systems. Production does not start until full payment is received.
Delivery
The product enters production after the order is confirmed and payment is completed. Delivery time may vary depending on the custom production process and is communicated to the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal or return for products that are custom-made according to the buyer’s personal measurements and requests. By placing an order, the buyer accepts this condition.
Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and information provided during the order process. The seller shall not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising from this contract, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Enforcement
By placing an order through the website, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this contract. This contract enters into force upon order confirmation.
